Selected Great Value catering orders may be available with at least four hours’ notice for groups from 10 guests in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Same-day availability depends on the menu, quantity, delivery address, preparation capacity and requested time, so an urgent order is confirmed only after the team accepts the quotation.

Same-day catering questions
Does four hours’ notice guarantee delivery?
No. Great Value’s English website advertises selected express delivery from four hours, but availability depends on the food, quantity, location, capacity and delivery schedule.
What is the smallest urgent order?
Selected buffet and packed-food packages start from 10 pax or 10 packs. Sandwich menu items have a 30-piece minimum per selected item.
How much is delivery?
The current English pages publish RM35 for packed food and RM60 per buffet trip within KL and Selangor. Sandwich delivery is included in the quotation. An urgent request may require confirmation of the final charge.
Can you handle vegetarian or allergy-related requests?
Vegetarian items are published, but urgent availability must be confirmed. For allergies, provide the exact requirement before ordering; the published menus do not promise an allergen-free kitchen.
When should I order if the event is tomorrow?
Use the standard deadlines whenever possible: before 7pm for regular buffet or packed-food service, and before 5pm for full-day buffet, birthday and sandwich orders.
